Step into the rhythm of Miami, where the energy is infectious and the possibilities are endless. Get ready for an unforgettable journey through this iconic coastal gem.

The nickname "Magic City" may not come as a surprise to Miami fans, but you might not know how it came to be. Miami is known for its beautiful beaches, architecture, and sunset views, but this is really just a result of a long-ago growth spurt. In the early years, Miami grew from a population of one thousand to five million.

A village that had only recently been established also experienced such rapid growth that it almost immediately bypassed town status to become a city. Miles of the most stunning beaches with white and golden sand can be found in Miami. You'll think you've stepped into a tropical paradise thanks to the turquoise waters in front of you and the swaying palm trees in the back. Additionally, many of the beaches have gym equipment, so you can exercise while taking in the beautiful weather. If you're arriving by plane at Miami International Airport, you can rent a vehicle from our CARWIZ office there.

You have probably heard of the Ultra Music Festival, whether or not you enjoy electronic music. This is a yearly, three-day event that takes place in Miami, usually in March. People travel from all over the world to attend the prestigious festival, which features some of the biggest names in electronic music.

This is the event for you if you enjoy dancing and partying, but getting tickets is not always simple. Because there will be prestigious DJs at the event, you need to buy them in advance. The Ultra Music Festival is one of the most famous and popular events that Miami is known for. If you are traveling during that season, it is unquestionably something you should experience.

      Art Deco Architecture

The Art Deco buildings in Miami are also well-known. Many of the buildings in Miami Beach were constructed in this style, which was popular in the 1920s and 1930s. The Art Deco architectural style stands out from the majority of American structures thanks to its pastel hues, nautical themes, and geometric shapes. You can almost draw a picture of Miami just from photos, which makes it easier to recognize the city. The Art Deco Historic District should definitely be visited if you want to learn more about this architectural style. Alternatively, a walk down Ocean Drive will be a treat for your eyes as well. As you stroll down this famous street, don't forget to look up and admire the stunning structures.

      Vizcaya Museum and Gardens

Formerly the home of agricultural tycoon James Deering, the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is now a National Historic Landmark.  In Miami's Coconut Grove neighborhood, the museum is located on 43 acres (17 hectares) of land. The main house, a grand example of Renaissance Revival architecture, was constructed in 1916. Additionally, there are formal gardens on the property that cover ten acres (four hectares), some of the most stunning in the city. It's understandable why Miami's Vizcaya Museum and Gardens are among the city's most visited tourist attractions. The house has a sizable art collection as well as period furniture, and the grounds are simply stunning. If you're tired of spending time at the beach, this is the perfect place to spend an afternoon.

      Gastronomy

There are many expectations surrounding well-known Miami restaurants, but you can count on some of the best Latin American and Caribbean-inspired dishes. Nevertheless, the most delectable presentation and preparation of fried pork skin is chicharron, which you can order without a problem. Yes, you might think this is too simple, but don't pass judgment on the dish until you've tried it. Miami takes the South American delicacy chicharron very seriously for a reason. Between the months of October and March, Miami is a true seafood lover's paradise.
