In 2017 Carwiz opened its first three corporate locations in Croatia and after just one year became a respectable rent-a-car company with international aspirations. 

During the first two years of operations, we realized higher revenue growth than planned and achieved notable results in terms of brand awareness and market positioning. 

In the first 18 months of business, we've increased the number of our branch offices from 3 to 13. With more than 40.000 rentals in 2018, we've recorded a growth of 150% in comparison to last year. 

In 2018, at the largest tourism fair World Travel Market in London, we presented an innovative franchise business model and became the first Croatian car rental company to expand its business beyond its borders through a franchise network. Carwiz entered the global market, and in just one year through an extensive franchise network, we achieved significant global positioning in a concise time. 

In 2019, we started a global expansion through a franchise network which assured building a network in 30 world countries by 2020.

In 2021, we launched an Affiliate program in the United States, giving independent car rental companies the tools they need to grow their business while receiving expert support and guidance from an internationally recognized brand! 

Today, the CARWIZ network operated on 5 continents, and more than 150 locations in over 35 countries worldwide.
